1. Prices
The prices as indicated on the website are stated in Euro (€) and include all taxes.
These prices do not include any potential delivery charges.
For any order outside of Belgium, you become the importer.
For any order outside of the European Union, the price is then charged excluding taxes. This price is subject to customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of Hobby2000 SRL.
All orders are payable in euros.
Products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration. Products remain the property of Hobby2000 SRL until full payment of the price is made. Hobby2000 reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a manifest error in the selling price.
2. Online Order
The sales site is dedicated exclusively to B2C sales to the end recipient. We do not sell to professionals.
We reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there has been a previous dispute.
For organizational and practical reasons, it is only possible to order online.

3. Availability of items
The information on the site is provided for informational purposes only: simultaneous orders or stock errors are always possible.
In the event of a product being unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you by email or mail as soon as we receive information from the suppliers. Your order will be automatically canceled, and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.
4. Delivery
Packages are generally shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. Shipping is offered by default via Bpost with a tracking number and is delivered without a signature. The tracking of the package is automatically managed by Bpost, which sends you a tracking link by email.
Shipping costs include order preparation fees as well as delivery fees, which may vary from country to country depending on the size and weight of the package. It will not be possible to combine multiple orders.
Therefore, we invite you to include all desired items in a single order. The shipping of the package is the sole responsibility of the customer. Hobby2000 is committed to doing everything possible to prepare and package your order to ensure that it arrives in good condition to the buyer.
5. Payment
The payment methods are as follows:

The payment organization managing the transactions is Mollie.
6. Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase, without reason and at no cost, within 14 days from the day after you physically take possession of the goods.

Returns must be made in their original packaging, complete (accessories, manual...) in good condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Please notify us by email or phone.
Returned items that are incomplete, damaged, or defective do not deprive you of your right of withdrawal from the purchase; however, compensation equivalent to the damages incurred will be requested. You will be contacted before the conclusion of the contract to agree on the amount of compensation.
The refund will be processed upon receipt and verification of the condition of the item(s) you have withdrawn from the purchase.
7. Compliance of Items & Legal Warranties
We commit to exchange products that are apparently defective, damaged, or do not match your order.
In this case, we kindly ask you to report it in detail in writing or by email.
In case of missing parts, we will take care of requesting them from the supplier and sending you the missing parts.
In case of defective products or items, please return the product or items so that we can send you the replacement items.

Shipping costs will be refunded based on the rate that was charged to you. In any case, you benefit from the provisions of the legal warranty, particularly those related to hidden defects.
The provisions of this article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal (satisfaction or refund) provided in Article 6.
We remind you that the legal warranty of conformity for consumer goods of 2 years is applicable (art. 1649 bis and following of the old Civil Code).
8. Liability
HOBBY 2000 makes significant efforts to ensure that the information provided is complete, correct, exhaustive, and up to date. Despite these efforts, errors may be present in the information made available to you. If the information disseminated contains errors or if certain information is unavailable, HOBBY 2000 will do everything possible to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Refunds for products in the cases referred to in articles 6 and 7 will be made within 30 days after we receive the products.
The refund will be made by credit to your bank account.
In the event of cancellation of a PREORDER, we retain an amount equivalent to 10% of the total sales price including VAT.
